Baked Berry Oats

Right I’m going mad for oats this weather! Another healthy breakfast and an absolutely delish one as well. This takes a little longer to make but is still very easy to prep. Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning.


As with the Overnight Oats, use your fave low fat or fat free yogurt. Mix all the ingredients together well while pre-heating the oven to 180C. Pour the mix into an oven proof dish and bake for 20 – 30 mins or until the top is a nice golden brown colour.

Serve in a shallow bowl with more yogurt and fruit. Enjoy in your PJs while watching Sunday Brunch or repeats of Friends, which are bound to be on some channel or other!
