So heres a quick & healthy dinner to try for the little ones. We made this for the boys but ended up wanting it for ourselves because it smelled so amazing!
Just fry off some sliced peppers. Add some cooked chicken breast pieces, a pinch of smoked paprika, Chinese five spice, garlic paste and a dash of soy sauce and stock. Heat a pack of microwave egg noodles (ours were from Tesco), mix in and serve.
The kiddies sat watching a particularly hairy episode of The Lion Guard and devoured the lot.
A tasty dinner done in no time and It gives a good introduction to a nice mix of flavours too.
We’ll be making a larger pot of this next time and joining them!
